Yes. Credit packs are a one-time purchase available on every plan, including Free. Stay on Free and top up only when you need more AI help. Pay as you go, with no recurring charge.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-up credits never expire. Each month, your plan credits are used first and top-up credits are used after that.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
You keep your current plan and its credits until the end of the billing period you paid for. After that, your monthly allowance switches to the new plan. Unused top-up credits stay in your account, and your clients, tasks, time entries, and invoices are never deleted.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
On Pro and Business, unused monthly credits roll over while you stay subscribed. Rollover stops if you move to Free.
